Yates Zaleton Dual Action Systemic Fungicide 15ml
With the introduction of Yates Product of the Month for June 2012, Zaleton, we see the return of an effective control for azalea petal blight and a range of other fungal diseases.
Azalea petal blight is a flower-spoiling disease that starts off with watery or brown spots on the flowers. It gradually spreads and causes the flowers to turn brown, then shrivel and dry. Papery dead flowers can hang on the plant for weeks, ruining its appearance and becoming an ongoing source of infection.
Zaleton is a combination of two effective fungicides, one systemic and one penetrant. Both move into the plant, become rapidly rainfast, and continue to work from within. For effective control of petal blight, it’s imperative that a spraying program begins when the first flowers are in bud stage.
As well as controlling petal blight, Zaleton takes care of white rust on chrysanthemums and geraniums; powdery mildew on roses, chrysanthemums and begonias; and a number of lawn fungal diseases.
Features:
- Tebuconazole works systemically from within the plant to control disease
- Trifloxystrobin helps prevent fungal infection
- Zaleton is available in a 15mL dropper tube that makes up to 20L of spray
